A member has 5 years to reinstate a membership. If it has been longer than 5 years since the member was in good standing they must reapply and meet the standards of the day.
To reinstate a membership you must;
1. Submit a request to be reinstated to the Registrar
2. Pay all dues in arrears
3. Pay a late fee (10% of yearly dues) for each year in arrears
4. Pay a one time reinstatement fee (25% of yearly dues)
