Legislative Information and Background

On November 18, Forests Minister de Jong introduced the College of Applied Biology Act. On November 21, 2002 the Act recieved its final reading and was passed. On June 13, 2003 the Act was signed into law and the College of Applied Biology officially began it's existance. To look at the College of Applied Biology Act click here .

College Rules

Part 2 Section 4 of the College of Applied Biology Act allows for the formation of rules and sets forth the process required to bring them into force. Members must know, understand and abide by these Rules. To view and download the Rules of the College go to Rules.

Schedule 2 of the Rules includes the The Code of Ethics for the College. This can viewed as a separate one page document by going to Code of Ethics.
