College of Applied Biology 2022 Election

Nominations for the 2022 College Council elections are open as of October 18, 2021. All practicing registrants in good standing are eligible to sit on Council but must meet additional eligibility requirements as described in Policy 3 - 100: Nominations.

Positions to be elected this election year include:

  • Vice President* 
  • Three Registrant Councillors** 

*The registrant whom is elected to the Vice President position on a three-year term shall act as the Vice President in the first year of their term, as President in their second year, and as Past President in their third year.
**If applying for Councillor, please consider that the term may be up to a three-year commitment: the candidates receiving the most votes for Councillor will be elected to the three-year term and the candidate with the third-most votes for Councillor will be elected to the two-year term.

This election will be operated under the Professional Governance Act, Professional Governance General Regulation, College bylaws and Policy 3 - 100. See Statutory and Regulatory Requirements for more information regarding Council elections.
