Hearing Results
Please be advised that a Discipline Panel of the College of Applied Biology made a determiniation with regards to allegations of professional misconduct against former member Shawna Reed, who resigned her membership effective January 1, 2021. The hearing proceeded by way of written submissions, and the allegations were set out in the Notice of Hearing dated June 11, 2021 and the citations posted in 2021. Discipline Panel Decision regarding October 24, 2017 Citation
In accordance with the College of Applied Biology Act & Rules, a discipline hearing panel established under s. 28 of the Act (the “Panel”) convened on June 11, 2018 to inquire into allegations that the Respondent breached provisions of the College’s Member Code of Ethics, which is Schedule 2 of the Rules of the College.
The College received the signed decision on December 6, 2018. Transcripts of the public hearing are available as follows: Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, and Day 5.
