2021 Registrant dues deadline in two weeks

The deadline for 2021 registrant dues renewals is in two weeks -- late fees take effect after December 31, 2020.

All annual dues will be processed on the Registrant Database Portal. Click on the button above to sign in and proceed through the renewal process.

The College has had feedback from some registrants who have had their payments declined by the transaction service provider without regard to available funds. This issue seems to be because the security controls at some financial institutions will sometimes block payments handled by the College's online payments provider. If your credit card has been declined at the checkout, you have the following options:

  1. You can contact your financial institution who issued the payment card and authorize the payment
  2. You can send us a cheque – please use this mailing address: 210-852 Fort Street, Victoria, BC V8W 1H8

If you haven't used the Portal yet

If you haven't accessed the College's new portal yet, you will need to set up your profile. There are two ways to do this:

  1. Click on the PAYMENT PORTAL button above and use the Forgot Password tool to set up a new password for access to the registrant portal. Your username is the email the College has on file and through which you receive College communications. Your portal profile has been prepopulated with data from the College's former database, such as your membership number and registration history. Please do not create a new profile with a different email. This will not be tied to your active profile.
  2. Alternatively, all registrants received a special link to join the portal on August 20: you can search your email for a message with the subject line "College of Applied Biology – New registrant database portal" to find your unique link to set up your profile

NB: The College office will be operating reduced hours over the holidays. Please ensure you have access to the new registrant portal before December 23, 2020 so you can make your payment. Payments that are not received electronically or postmarked by the December 31 deadline will be subject to the late fee as per Schedule 1 of the College Rules.
