College Responds to Proposed New Legislation
Further to the announcement government made yesterday about new legislation covering professionals working in the natural resources sector, the College has released this response.
The proposed Professional Governance Act stems from the recommendations made in the independent report commissioned by the government in fall 2017 as part of the Professional Reliance Review.
