CPD events: ethics course and aboriginal awareness workshop

The College is hosting two CPD opportunities for members on Saturday, March 14th at the Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport. An aboriginal cultural awareness workshop will be presented by Robert Moody (RPBio, PAg) and Anne Moody (RPBio, PAg) of Global Indigenous Services between 9am-4pm (see the course prospective for more details). Pamela Zevitt, RPBio and Past President of the Association of Professional Biology, will be instructing a concurrent professional ethics course that satisfies the College's ethics requirement for members. The registration fees for the Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Workshop and Ethics Course are $150 and $165 respectively, and lunch will be provided for registrants of both events. Please contact Jillian Stewart at (250) 383-3306 to register for either event, and inform her of any dietary requirements you have.  The registration deadline is March 6th, but a limited number of seats are available. The College reserves the right to cancel either event if registration numbers are insufficient.
